Terms:

One year lease. Exceptions for transferred or deployed military personnel or on a case by case basis. References and credit checks are required.

Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Non-refundable one-time $20 application fee includes a copy of your credit report. $25.00 refundable key deposit. Pet deposits, if applicable, vary according to pet and situation.

Pet policy:

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Certified service animals will always be accomodated. No nuisance barkers, aggressive animals, or animals roaming at large will be permited. Aquariums and small caged pets are allowed in most cases. Some properties allow horses for an additional monthly fee. All pets require advance written approval.

Waterbeds:

Allowed only with proof of waterbed insurance policy.
